We had so much fun with Ted and Marie at Torrey Pines State Reserve. These guys are athletic and energetic, which made for lots of fun picture making. And it really made us want to go buy a kite!!!
Edward and Christina created their wedding day to include a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary elements. The ceremony took place in a beautiful, Catholic church in Lincoln Heights with the reception at an underground restaurant in Downtown L.A. There were so many unique touches, including a 1966 Mustang, matching Nike's for the groomsmen, and a cupcake wedding cake!
Edward and Christina left a window of two hours to take photos, which gave us plenty of time to experiment. Rick ended up in a tree and later in a fountain with water up to his knees!! Anything for a good shot!!!
We wish this wonderful couple all the best in the years to come!
Jay and Michelle planned a unique wedding at their grandmother's beautiful home. Every little detail was one of a kind from the tree of wishes for the ceremony to the mime performance at the reception! Beautiful people, beautiful site, and so much fun to photograph!!
Michelle and Jay were up for anything, which made our job SO fun when shooting their portraits! The house was also a photographer's dream. Each room offered a different theme with a new color palette and opportunities for experimental portraits.
