Mike and Tiffany are so photogenic and easy going. We had a great time with them on this beautiful day in February. We can't wait for their reception at The Prado in Balboa Park!
A view from our weekend getaway on Palomar Mountain, where you watch the sun go down over the ocean and wake up above the clouds, followed by a mountain run. A great place to get some editing done!
Images of the wreckage... including the skeleton of a "Peterbilt" semi truck.
When doing a shoot at the beach, as with Geoff and Marcia, it is important to utilize the whole environment of the area. Many people think that the ocean is the only picturesque scene and they miss out on all of the flavor and character of the area. It's this flavor and character that makes for a unique shoot at each location. This means that if it's cold outside, and the couple wants a warm drink to hold, why not shoot them in Starbucks? If there's a train running through the town, why not incorporate it into the shoot? Or if a little girl is in the photo, include her rather than ask her to move! Don't ignore the green wall of ivy at the edge of the parking lot! It's all about seeing the beauty in the unexpected places.
